? Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
? Hours: 40–45 per week, including weekends and some evenings

? The Role:
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
Leading and inspiring a dedicated kitchen team
Designing and executing seasonal menus with local, fresh ingredients
Managing kitchen operations, stock control, and food safety compliance
Controlling costs and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Working closely with management on events, specials, and future food concepts
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment
A passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal produce
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergens
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure
