We are currently looking for a talented and driven bar tender, with experience in beer-led establishments  to join our team. Located in the heart of East London, the Griffin is a traditional, iconic pub, boasting a spectacular range of whiskys, spirits and, most importantly, craft beer - sourced both locally, from the wider UK and internationally!

Do you love being the face of a busy pub, working with a high functioning bar team to deliver service excellence? Do you want to work with the best colleagues, to serve the best products, to the best customers in town?

What's it all about:

• Able to demonstrate a clear knowledge of our products through genuine recommendations, and by ensuring our product presentation is always of an outstanding quality
• Able to take responsibility on shift to ensure service standards are met to the highest of standards
• Passionate about beer and alcohol, and broadening your own knowledge needed to provide an unforgettable experience
• Able to deal with customer queries quickly and professionally
• Always willing to learn new skills and explore opportunities
• Able to support the Management team to deliver set goals
• Able to promote and market the venue, events and promotions as appropriate to our customers
