Housekeeper

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and service-driven Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping team and help maintain the exceptional standards our members and guests expect.

As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in ensuring all guest bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces are presented to the highest standard. You will take pride in creating a clean, welcoming and comfortable environment, supporting the overall member experience and helping The Groucho Club look its very best every day.

Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager and wider operational teams, you will help deliver consistency, cleanliness and attention to detail across the Club while maintaining the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes The Groucho unique.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a hardworking team, takes pride in high standards and is passionate about hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across public areas, corridors and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensuring all housekeeping duties are completed efficiently and consistently
• Responding professionally and promptly to member and guest requests.
• Building positive relationships with members, guests and colleagues
• Reporting maintenance issues, damages or guest concerns to the relevant manager.
• Following health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Supporting the wider operational team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintaining housekeeping equipment and supplies in a safe and organised manner.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and maintain Club standards
