This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, tackle a variety of HR challenges, and shape the future of our organisation. From recruitment to employee relations, and everything in between, you’ll be a key player in fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and growth.

This role is a hybrid role working 4 days on-site and 1 day from home.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with the Head of HR to deliver and drive the Club’s forward-thinking HR strategy.
• Partnering with line managers to provide expert guidance on employee relations issues such as sickness absence, probation reviews, performance management, and grievances.
• Taking charge of our HRIS (Harri), enhancing reporting capabilities, and transforming data into actionable insights.
• Leading recruitment efforts by ensuring seamless processes, from employment checks to contract creation, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Overseeing HR administration, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Acting as a trusted and approachable resource for the entire team, providing support and solutions at every level.
• Bringing your personality and creative approach to HR, crafting innovative strategies that inspire and engage employees.
