Kickstart - Social Media Manager/Personal Assistant


Description

This role will be partly remote.

The role will include:

  • Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails, Social media messages and letters
  • Scheduling appointments and preparing and maintaining a filing system
  • Keeping on top of inventory lists
  • Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Creating captivating content for an organisation’s social media sites, which may include videography, editing, photos, articles, posts and multimedia content
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
  • Developing weekly reports on emerging social media trends 

You must be able to work very closely with your employers to help them prioritise and manage their time effectively by undertaking all administrative tasks, personal tasks and errands as well as managing our online presence and cultivating improved customer engagement.

You must have excellent attention to detail as well as excellent organisation and have a strong command of the English language both written and spoken. You should have a keen interest in creating social media content via mobile phone particularly REELS and TIKTOKs, as well as extensive experience in working with various social media platforms.  You should be able to multitask well, manage your time as well as handling customer queries, complaints and questions effectively. Have proven experience working with a range of social tools.
