The Hand and Flowers is looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Marlow.

Working alongside our Head Chef and wider kitchen team, you’ll play an important role in delivering the high standards of food and service that The Hand and Flowers is known for.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• An experienced Chef with previous Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie experience
• Passionate about food, quality and consistency
• Organised and able to remain calm in a busy kitchen
• A supportive team player who enjoys helping others develop
• Confident taking responsibility for a section and supporting the wider kitchen team
• Committed to maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure every service runs smoothly. You’ll help lead the team, maintain standards, support training and development, and contribute to the preparation and delivery of our menus.
