We are looking for a part time Breakfast Chef to join our brilliant team at The Harper Hotel.
You'll be working alongside Executive Chef Jack Gosling, whose culinary journey has taken him from local Norfolk establishments to the two Michelin-starred Spectrum in Amsterdam. Jack brings a unique perspective that blends his deep local roots with world-class international experience, championing an approach to cooking that celebrates Norfolk's incredible seasonal bounty. His collaborative leadership style and commitment to building tight-knit kitchen teams creates an environment where culinary excellence and creativity flourish.
What you’ll be doing:
· Produce all breakfast food required at the highest standard
· Follow recopies as assigned to ensure quality and consistency
· Ensure policies and procedures are followed to prevent wastage of stock
· Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen is of high standard
· Uphold food safety and health and safety at all times
· Work closely with front of house team to ensure service flow
What you’ll bring:
· Excellent knowledge of food and ingredients and understanding of classic culinary trends and classics
· Experience of a similar role (Hotel Breakfast Chef)
· Excellent time management and organisational skills, highly adaptable and passionate
· Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
