Taking ownership of your section, ensuring consistency, precision, and exceptional attention to detail.
Contributing ideas and creativity to our seasonal menus and new dishes.
Maintaining impeccable food hygiene and safety standards.
Supporting and guiding junior chefs, helping to nurture a collaborative, professional kitchen culture.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef/Commis ready to step up.
