Job Description:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Supervisor to join our team with focus on Food & Beverage. To lead our team in delivering exceptional experiences amidst the breath-taking beauty of our coastal retreat. As the Hotel Supervisor, you will oversee the aspects of dining operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from smooth breakfast delivery to coordinating dinner services. Your role is pivotal in fostering teamwork, keeping spirits high and ensuring everyone is focused on delivering exceptional service.

 

 

Responsibilities/Duties:

    •    Supervise all outlets, ensure standards and quality throughout the day are top-notch.
    •    Inspire and motivate our team to bring their A-game every day, because let’s face it, happy staff = happy guests!
    •    Dive into the world of F&B, overseeing everything within our restaurant, bar dining and courtyard dining and to room service ensuring effortless delivery.
    •    Handle any guest questions, issues or special requests with a smile and can-do attitude.
    •    Make sure we’re following all the health and safety rules to keep our guests and crew safe and sound
    •    Support sister Pub operations when required.


Requirements:

    •   Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry preferred.
    •   Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including service techniques and guest relations.
    •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knock for building genuine connections with both guests and team members.
    •   Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment.
    •   Smart appearance and professional demeanour, complemented by a warm and approachable personality.
    •   Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed, embracing the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.
