We’re looking for an inspiring and hands-on Restaurant Manager to take ownership of service across Stanley’s and Ivy’s.
You’ll be the link between the kitchen and front of house, working closely with the Head Chef and F&B leadership to deliver excellence with warmth, consistency, and style.

Oversee day-to-day operations across Stanley’s and Ivy’s
Lead, train, and inspire a team of hospitality professionals
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to ensure seamless service and exceptional food presentation
Maintain standards in line with Michelin expectations and The Harper’s relaxed yet refined ethos
Manage rotas, stock, reservations, training and guest feedback
Support the F&B Manager in driving performance, consistency, and guest satisfaction
Ensure every guest experience reflects our ambition: to be one of Norfolk’s top dining destinations
Proven experience in restaurant or bar management within a high-quality hospitality environment
A natural leader who motivates through example
Organised, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
Passionate about food, wine, and service excellence
Ambitious, collaborative, and eager to grow with the business
Salary: £34,000–£38,000 per year (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time
