We’re seeking a creative and hands-on Bar Manager to lead the beverage offering across The Harper.
You’ll take ownership of the drinks program with the help of the F&B Manager, ensuring every detail reflects the quality and character of the brand.
Working closely with the F&B Manager and Head Chef, you’ll deliver a seamless guest experience from aperitif to nightcap while training and inspiring a confident, knowledgeable team behind the bar.
Lead daily bar operations across Stanley’s and Ivy’s
Develop and maintain an exceptional drinks list, from signature cocktails to premium spirits
Work with the kitchen and restaurant teams to create thoughtful food and drink pairings
Train and motivate bartenders and floor staff to deliver consistent, engaging service
Manage stock control, ordering, GP, and supplier relationships
Uphold standards in line with Michelin expectations and The Harper’s relaxed, contemporary identity
Bring innovation, energy, and pride to every shift
Previous experience in bar within a premium hospitality setting
Confident knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
Organised, reliable, and great under pressure
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
A natural leader who sets the tone for excellence and teamwork
Ambitious and ready to grow with a brand that’s going places
Salary: £34,000–£38,000 per year (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time
