We’re hiring energetic Food Runners who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment to join our front of house team at our newest venue opening September 2025. The Hart in Marylebone.
This vibrant venue will be offering exceptional dining and drinking experiences to our guests, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in serving high quality food and beverages, while delivering outstanding customer service.
The Hart in Marylebone will open in September 2025. There will be a pub on the ground floor, a restaurant on the second floor, and an intimate dining space on the top floor. The kitchen will serve pub classics on all floors.
- Salary - £12.21 per hour + Tips (Earn up to £18 per hour)

A snapshot of what you'll be doing as a Food Runner at The Hart:
- Collect prepared food items from the kitchen and deliver them to the appropriate tables or designated areas promptly and accurately
- Verify accuracy of orders, ensuring that all dishes match the corresponding table numbers or descriptions
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service, ensuring cleanliness and proper tableware arrangement
- Collaborative teamwork, Work closely with the team to provide friendly and professional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and inquiries
About you, our new Food runner at The Hart:
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
- Flexible approach to work.
Recruitment days - We will be holding recruitment open days on the 17th July, 23rd July and 5th August at our venues in Notting hill, successful applicants will receive an invite to come meet the team.
Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable but not imperative.
Full & Part time positions available.
