We are looking team players with a positive attitude, to join our brigade as a Kitchen porter at The Hart.

The Hart in Marylebone will open in September 2025. There will be a pub on the ground floor, a restaurant on the second floor, and an intimate dining space on the top floor. The kitchen will serve pub classics on all floors.

This vibrant venue will be offering exceptional dining and drinking experiences to our guests, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in serving high quality food and beverages, while delivering outstanding customer service. 

• Salary – £12.21 per hour + Tips (Earn an additional £3- £6 per hour in tips)

What you'll be doing as a Kitchen porter at The Hart: 

• Supporting the kitchen team with general duties as needed to ensure efficient service
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks when required
• Ensuring kitchen areas are kept clean and always organised.
• Handling waste and recycling, ensuring proper disposal in line with health and safety regulations
• Assisting with stock rotation and maintaining inventory levels
• Always adhering to health and safety standards and cleanliness protocols.

About you, our new Kitchen porter at The Hart:

• Advantageous if you have previous experience, but not essential, We are looking for just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness
• Good communication skills and a team player mentality
• A passion for working in the food and hospitality industry
• Flexibility with working hours (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays) Available to work evenings from 5pm till late.
