Description
We're hiring a Toilet attendant to join the team at our newest venue, The Hart in Marylebone.
This vibrant venue will be offering exceptional dining and drinking experiences to our guests, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in serving high quality food and beverages, while delivering outstanding customer service.
The Hart in Marylebone will open in September 2025. There will be a pub on the ground floor, a restaurant on the second floor, and an intimate dining space on the top floor. The kitchen will serve pub classics on all floors.
- Salary - £12.21 per hour + Service Charge & Tips

A snapshot of what you'll be doing as a Toilet attendant at The Hart:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all toilet and washroom areas throughout your shift
- Restock toiletries, paper products, and other supplies as needed
- Ensure all fixtures are clean, functional, and well presented
- Monitor cleanliness standards and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Be a visible, friendly presence while remaining discreet and professional
- Follow all health and safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures
About you, our new Toilet attendant at The Hart:
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential – full training provided
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and a pride in keeping things clean and tidy
- Friendly and approachable with a professional attitude
Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable but not imperative.
