Our restaurant and private function room host everything from relaxed lunches to special events and celebrations.

The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Front of House Assistant to support service in our restaurant and private function room. You’ll play a key part in creating great guest experiences day to day, as well as helping deliver smooth, memorable events and private bookings. This is a hands-on, varied role – no two shifts are the same.

Working Hours: This is a 30 HR contract. 

What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, attentive service in the restaurant and at private events

• Set up, run and reset the function room for bookings and functions

• Prepare drinks and support food service in line with food safety standards

• Answer phone enquiries and support reservations and bookings

• Take in deliveries, rotate stock and complete temperature checks

• Keep front-of-house areas clean, tidy and welcoming

• Support end-of-day tasks including cleaning, waste logs, cashing up and lock up

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, customer-focused approach and great communication skills

• Comfortable in a busy, varied front-of-house environment

• Happy supporting both everyday service and private functions/events

• Reliable, organised and a good team player

• Previous hospitality experience helpful but not essential – full training provided
