Your Role as Duty Manager
You’ll be a hands-on leader, responsible for running smooth and successful shifts. Reporting into the Assistant General Managers and General Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations and help lead the team from the front.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service during shifts.

  • Support and motivate the front of house team.

  • Ensure guests feel welcome, valued, and well looked after.

  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

  • Manage stock levels and cash handling when on duty.

  • Assist with functions, events, and peak trading times.

  • Use systems such as Zonal, High Level, and Harri to manage operations effectively.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role in a busy hospitality setting.

  • Strong people skills – you lead by example and love working with a team.

  • Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems.

  • Passionate about great food, drinks, and customer service.

  • Confident using tech – familiarity with Zonal, High Level, or Harri is a plus.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, permanent role.

  • Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
