Description

Do you have a warm and personable nature? Can you remain calm under pressure? Do you have a can-do attitude and great eye for detail? Do you know what it means to deliver natural hospitality to guests?

The Role…

You will ensure the safety, security and well-being of all resident’s throughout the night and will assist with all aspects of shift and business change over. Working as part of a motivated team, you will provide a friendly service to all guests, acting as a concierge service, advising guests of things to enhance their stay.

What we need from you…


• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
• First Aid qualification desirable
• Positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Competent level of IT proficiency
