We are looking for a passionate, organized, and energetic Assistant Manager to join our leadership team and help us keep things running smoothly.
The RoleAs our Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to lead the team, oversee daily operations, and maintain our high standards of hospitality. Your day-to-day will involve:
Supporting the GM in managing shift operations and floor workflow.
Motivating, training, and mentoring a brilliant front-of-house team.
Ensuring exceptional customer service and handling guest feedback with grace.
Assisting with inventory and stock control.
Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Experience: 1–2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Availability: Flexible to work across Monday to Saturday shifts (minimum 30–35 hours per week).
Skills: Strong communication, natural leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Attitude: A positive energy, a passion for hospitality, and a desire to grow with us.
