PURPOSE OF JOB:

We're looking for a passionate,  reliable Sous Chef to assist our Head Chef and help run the kitchen.

What you'll be doing:

• Helping the Head Chef run a smooth and efficient kitchen.
• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard.
• Managing and training kitchen staff.
• Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Contributing to menu development and creativity!

 We offer live-in accommodation for the right candidate! That means a comfortable home base right here at The Jolly Drover.
