The Breakfast Group was founded in 1991 and for over 30 years have operated some of the most vibrant and unique venues in London, bringing passion for creating experiences by designing memorable spaces for busy Londoners to meet, greet and have much-needed catch-ups.
Our front of house, back of house, and back-office teams reflect this passion, bringing flair and creativity to each venue to serve fantastic food, drinks, and ambience to everyone who walks through our doors. Each venue is entirely individual, so we've got somewhere to suit everyone, whether you're looking for somewhere to celebrate a special occasion or the perfect spot for a weekend brunch.

We are now looking for an inspiring Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and bring culinary flair to one of The Breakfast Group’s most exciting venues.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing group with multiple venues across London, and to make your mark at a place known for its energy, style, and warm hospitality.
What we’re looking for:A Head Chef with proven experience in a similar high-volume, quality-driven environment
Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and global flavours
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a dynamic team
Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cooking techniques
Creativity and confidence in contributing to menu development and new concepts
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of consistency, presentation, and food safety
Calm under pressure with outstanding organisational and communication skills
A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and guest experience

Let us transport you to a world of beautiful furnishings and flavours. We are open Tuesdays to Sundays, serving lunch, brunch and dinner. We are based on Bermondsey Street short walk from London Bridge Station and Borough Market.
