Salary at £27,583.40 plus Service charge

Mission: To provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to every guest, ensuring their journey from check-in to check-out is seamless, memorable, and reflective of a five-star experience.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·         Deliver a personalized 5-star experience to every guest, ensuring unmatched attention to detail from arrival to departure.

·         Deliver a warm, personalized welcome and create memorable guest experiences.

·         Manage check-in and check-out efficiently using Opera and PDQ systems.

·         Promote hotel services and upsell to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

·         Handle guest queries and feedback with professionalism and care.

·         Maintain high grooming standards and represent the brand with elegance.

·         Support loyalty programs and encourage guest engagement with Melia Rewards.

·         Ensure data privacy, safety, and compliance with all hotel protocols.

·         Be flexible and proactive, contributing to a seamless team operation.

What We’re Looking For:

·         A confident, polished communicator with a passion for luxury service

·         Strong operational knowledge of Opera, PDQ terminals, and front desk processes

·         A team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-end hospitality environment
