Join our team as a Guest Experience Agent/ Guest Service Coordinator and be the welcoming face of The Level – our exclusive luxury experience. You’ll ensure every guest enjoys 5-star service, from arrival to departure.
Mission: Deliver exceptional, personalized service and elevate every guest’s stay.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Deliver a personalized 5-star experience to every guest, ensuring unmatched attention to detail from arrival to departure.
· Be a brand ambassador for The Level, showcasing all our premium amenities, signature offerings, and bespoke services.
· Anticipate needs and go above and beyond to create “wow” moments that exceed expectations.
· Promote hotel services and local experiences with savvy upselling and cross-selling techniques, enriching stays and maximizing revenue.
· Seamlessly support both Reception and Guest Experience duties.
· Handle guest requests and issues with professionalism and care.
· Stay aligned with brand standards and customer service goals.
What We’re Looking For:
· 1 year in a Similar position
· A natural flair for hospitality and storytelling.
· A passion for service, problem-solving, and creating emotional connections with guests.
· An eye for detail and the flexibility to adapt in a premium hospitality setting.
· Ability to work as a team
· Enthusiasm to represent and enhance a luxury lifestyle brand.
