• Supervise daily operations of The Level Lounge and ensure premium service delivery.

• Lead, train, and develop the Level team, including waiters, supervisors, and agents.

• Maintain service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Assist with staff scheduling, payroll, and departmental reporting.

• Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance guest experiences.

• Previous experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent guest service mindset and ability to handle VIP guests.

• Knowledge of luxury service standards; Opera PMS experience is an advantage.
