We are recruiting for a Head Pastry Chef to join and develop with our kitchen team. You will be competent following and creating your own recipes within pastry, and be able to deal with the pressures of a busy venue You will relish the opportunity to learn through the Executive Chef and be able to help and support the kitchen brigade.
You will already have ambitions of what kind of chef you are aspiring to be, with an idea of creative new dishes.
Having a good level of culinary skills, we will help develop your management skills to progress you to Sous and even Head Chef levels through our in-house training and development scheme with opportunities in the group for you once ready.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking – Prepare, cook, and present dishes to company specifications.
Consistency & Quality – Maintain high culinary standards in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Teamwork – Work collaboratively with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service.
Kitchen Hygiene – Follow strict food hygiene, allergen, and safety procedures, keeping your section spotless.
Stock & Waste Control – Assist with ordering, stock rotation, and minimising waste.
Training Support – Help develop junior chefs and kitchen assistants through guidance and on-the-job coaching.
Efficiency – Manage time effectively during prep and service to keep pace in a busy kitchen.
Menu Knowledge – Understand the full menu to answer questions, make recommendations, and adapt dishes when necessary.
