Head Waiter / Waitress

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Head d Waiter/Waitress to join the Wilde’s Restaurant at The Lodge at Ashford Castle.

Your key responsibilities as a Head d Waiter/Waitress include managing the effective and smooth operation of your allocated station in a ‘hands on’ capacity; consistently having a good level of product knowledge regarding all menu items, hotel facilities and services available to our guests; welcoming guests to the restaurant ensuring that your voice, manner and behaviour portrays a warm, welcoming and friendly demeanour at all times; ensuring prompt and professional food & beverage service to the guests; setting-up & clearing tables to the correct standards and to ensure that all food service areas are maintained to an acceptable level of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to the cleaning schedules on a daily basis.
