Description
We are currently looking for a Kitchen Porter- to join the team at The Lodge at Ashford Castle.
Your key responsibilities as a Kitchen Porter include ensuring kitchen areas are maintained in a safe, hygienic, healthy and hazard free manner, carry out cleaning duties as outlined in cleaning schedule and complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists for all cleaning tasks performed, maintain all service and kitchen equipment including sorting and organizing and able to move, carry, lift objects following hotel’s Manual Handling guidelines.

- Have a friendly & outgoing personality
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is a plus
- Be enthusiastic & flexible
- Have good communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be legally eligible to work in Ireland
- Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively
- Previous manual handing experience is desired.
