Job description
The Mermaid Holding Co., who own and operate The Mermaid Inns, Mermaid Oyster Bar, Sirenetta, JG Melon and a new space opening this year are looking for Managers and General Managers to join our team. We are a growing restaurant group of busy, reputable restaurants with 6 units currently. We are looking for inspired, committed people to work with us as we continue to grow. Our management teams will:

- Direct all hiring and training for the front of house teams
- Uphold the highest level of DOH standards and safety
- Maintain all company systems and policies
- Work within established budgets.
- Take active responsibility for continually training FOH staff and hiring new staff who will be assets to the team
- Enforce all current labor laws
- Maintain our culture of hospitality
