Bookkeeper

We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a fast paced and expanding multi unit restaurant group.  We will only consider candidates with restaurant experience. .

Candidate must have experience in the following:

•             Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.

•             A proven track record in AP, AR, and journal entries.

•             Strong organizational, analytical and task management skills.

•             A positive communication style and can do attitude.

•             Bank reconciliations, operating and payroll

•             Sales journal entries, cash entries, petty cash entries and reconciliation

•             Payroll Journals and Check Entries

•             Credit Card Reconciliation

•             Reporting-COGS reports and various analytical reports

•             Month end closing and reports; year end closing and reports.

•             Accruals

•             Payroll experience and be able to serve as a backup.

•             Special projects/accounting work upon request
