We are a pubs with rooms business operating with over 30 properties ranging from 10 to 100 bedrooms, grouped into three core regions. We are seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee, plan and direct all repairs and preventative maintenance activities across multiple locations within the region to maximise equipment uptime and operational safety.
Key duties include mentoring on-site maintenance teams, controlling budgets, ensuring compliance (health & safety, fire safety), and managing contractors. As well as being responsible for developing maintenance strategies, conducting site audits, and implementing improvements.
As a key member of the facilities team, we will look to this role to lead positive change, a hands-on approach, an appropriate sense of urgency, and a continuous improvement mindset.
