Well look no further! We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our team at the Milestone Hotel & Residencies.

The Milestone Hotel and Residences, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is a beautiful five star hotel located opposite Kensington Palace Gardens and close to The Royal Albert Hall. Part of Leading Hotels of the World, this property has 44 individually designed bedrooms, 12 luxury suites and 6 long-stay apartments, a classic lounge area for Afternoon Tea, Cheneston’s Restaurant (2 Rosettes) and unique Stables Bar. The hotel is renowned for delivering exceptional and attentive guest service.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Assistant will include:

• Collating the daily figures in a timely manner
• To ensure the hotel revenue reports are verified on a daily basis and to provide a summary of the management checks
• The update the food flash on a daily basis in Procure Wizard
• To oversee the F&B stores function, ensuring that Red Carnation Hotel policies are adhered to and that stock is counted and reported correctly in the accounts.
• To ensure that all invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
• To count the beverage stock with the F&B team on a monthly basis and to ensure that the stock result is generate by working day three.

The ideal candidate for the Finance Assistant should:

• Have a keen interest in developing a career within Finance

• Be self-motivated
