We are looking for a Senior Bar Waiter / Waitress to join our team on a full-time basis. This position reports into the Bar Supervisor and Bar Manager. 

Working pattern:  shift work / flexible hours / 11am to 7:30pm / 2pm to 10:30pm / 5pm to close 

Salary: £27000 + 6k service charge

We are looking for someone with previous bar experience within a Waiter / Waitress role with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys delivering personalised service to guests. 

As a Senior Bar Waiter / Waitress you will be:

  • Providing 5-star exceptional service to all guests.
  • Cleaning and preparing the bar area for service.
  • Taking orders and delivering drinks and food to guests.
  • Making sure that all food / drink service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
