We are seeking a talented Senior Mixologist to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering personalised service, this is an incredible opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Mixologist in a hotel setting, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward training and development. This position will report directly to the Bar Manager.

Location: The Milestone Hotel, Kensington

Employment Type: Full-time 

Working Pattern: Shift work (5 days on, 2 days off) 

Salary: up to £35,000 per annum including service

The Milestone Hotel and Residences part of the Red Carnation Hotels , is a beautiful five star hotel located opposite Kensington Palace Gardens and close to The Royal Albert Hall. This property has 43 individually designed bedrooms, 13 luxury suites and 6 long-stay apartments, a classic lounge area for Afternoon Tea, a modern Stables Bar and a 2 Rosettes restaurant, named Cheneston's.  

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Mixologist:

• Crafting exquisite cocktails and drinks while consistently delivering exceptional service to guests.
• Ensuring the bar area and surrounding tables are impeccably set up and maintained to the highest standards.
• Working across all areas of the bar, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
• Preparing a variety of drinks, cocktails, and food offerings, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences.
• Demonstrating strong menu knowledge, offering expert advice and suggestions to guests.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and service excellence.

• A professional with proven experience in high-standard bar operations, ideally in a supervisory or senior role.
• A true passion for food, beverages, and delivering top-tier guest experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and guest focus.
• Well-organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
