Personal Assistant (Maternity Contract) to the General Manager

We are recruiting for a passionate and detail orientated Personal Assistant (Maternity Contract) at the Milestone Hotel and Residences.

The Milestone Hotel and Residences, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is a beautiful five star hotel located opposite Kensington Palace Gardens and close to The Royal Albert Hall. Part of Leading Hotels of the World, this property has 44 individually designed bedrooms, 12 luxury suites and 6 long-stay apartments, a classic lounge area for Afternoon Tea, Cheneston’s Restaurant (2 Rosettes) and unique Stables Bar. The hotel is renowned for delivering exceptional and attentive customer service.

Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant will include:
• To support the General Manager in achieving their daily objectives and offer assistance to the Senior Management Team as required
• Be a professional ambassador for the hotel at all times
• Providing the General Manager with support in tasks such as booking overseas travel, consolidation of expenses and minute taking
• Providing support and guidance to a team of multinational employees as well as working closely with the People & Culture team
• Supporting the Communications team with their Hotel Social Media and producing collateral

The ideal candidate for this role position should:
• Have at least 3 years previous experience as a Personal Assistant within the Hospitality industry
• Have an excellent level of English
• Be a proactive and self-motivated person
• Have strong IT skills
• Be a team player and have a collaborative approach
