We're looking for an F&B Manager to join us and work as part of the Restaurant Team within Surya Hotels. We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Manager that has:
- Ability to lead and set by example.
- Minimum 2 years Hospitality experience within a Food and Beverage Department.
- Excellent active listening, negotiating and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage the F&B Department.
- And solid commercial awareness.
This is a key role within the management team, working with closely with management colleagues to take the Hotel forwards to the next level.
F&B Manager roles and responsibilities include, but aren't limited too:
- To ensure the Hotel, delivers the minimum Hotel Standards in Food and Beverage departments.
- Actively consider prevention, recovery and investigation of any complaints.
- To assist in the activity of quality awards such as IIP/AA.
- Ensure that Company and legal standards for cleanliness are maintained within all Food and Beverage areas within the Hotel.
- To positively promote sales awareness within the department and maximise sales opportunities.
- To ensure the Hotel abides by Licensing Laws in England, Scotland and Wales (where applicable), as according to the Hotel license arrangements.
- Ensure that while you undertake your role you abide by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and safe systems of work appropriate to your role.
