From corporate retreats and conferences to weddings, celebrations and bespoke events, we're creating exceptional experiences for our guests, and we're looking for a commercially driven Meetings & Events Sales Manager to help take our events business to the next level.

This is more than a sales office role. It's an opportunity to shape the future growth of our Meetings & Events business, lead a high-performing team, and play a pivotal role in driving resort revenue.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you'll lead the Meetings & Events Sales Office, owning the enquiry journey from first contact through to event confirmation. You'll be at the heart of our commercial strategy, ensuring enquiries are converted into bookings, building lasting client relationships, and creating a strong pipeline of future business.

You'll combine strong commercial awareness with outstanding leadership, ensuring every opportunity is maximised while delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving Meetings & Events revenue in line with ambitious growth targets
• Leading and developing the sales office team to deliver exceptional performance
• Managing the enquiry pipeline and identifying opportunities to increase conversion
• Supporting pricing and commercial decisions to maximise revenue
• Building strong relationships with corporate and event clients
• Driving repeat business through proactive account management
• Working closely with Revenue, Marketing and Operations teams to align business objectives
• Monitoring enquiry trends, conversion rates and booking pace
• Ensuring seamless handovers from sales to operations for successful event delivery
• Supporting the development of sales collateral, presentations and promotional materials

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an energetic and commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You'll likely have:

• Previous experience in Meetings & Events, Hospitality Sales, Venue Sales or Hotel Sales Management
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• A proven track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving sales targets
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Experience managing enquiry pipelines and conversion performance
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive, organised and results-focused approach
• The confidence to make informed commercial decisions
