Location: The Mole Resort
Salary: £27,000-28,000

Here at The Mole we have a new resort set in acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.
As an Assistant F&B Manager you will be responsible for assisting the F&B Manager in the delivery of a quality, profitable and professional product to our guests; leading the team to deliver exceptional service standards.
What will I be doing?
As an Assistant F&B Manager at The Mole, you are responsible for working in all areas of food and beverage, supporting and guiding the food and beverage team and delivering excellent customer service to all our guests. The role requires a hands-on, supportive approach to get the best out of the team and deliver the departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
● Assist with organising the team, allocating responsibilities during and before service as requested by Manager.
● Welcome customers, issue menus and receive and record customers’ orders if necessary alongside other members of the team.
● Serve guests ensuring every commercial opportunity is taken.
● Control and maintain stock levels to an acceptable level, both front and back of house.
● Contribute to and manage the hygiene and cleanliness standards in the department
● Understand and comply with Health and Safety legislation, fire precautions, legal requirements, and perform any other tasks that may be required from time to time.
● Contribute to the commercial performance of the F&B dept, with ideas and execution of stategies.

Although previous experience would be beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
