The Mole Resort is a stunning countryside resort nestled in the heart of North Devon, offering luxury accommodation, dining experiences, leisure facilities, and outdoor adventures. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the management team in the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, and events service. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, presentation, and team performance are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations across restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
• Lead, motivate, and coach team members to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Ensure all service standards, health & safety, and food hygiene procedures are maintained.
• Support with staff training, onboarding, and performance development.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
• Support the management team in achieving departmental targets and objectives.
• Ensure the venue is always presented to the highest standard.
• Act as a Duty Supervisor during shifts and provide operational support where required.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Ideally has previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, food & beverage, or hotel operations.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Has strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Is flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Holds a Personal Licence (desirable but not essential).
• Has Food Hygiene certification (desirable).
