Location: The Mole Resort, North Devon

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £13.15 per hour

Here at The Mole, we operate a fantastic resort set in 120 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to help deliver the high standards our guests expect at The Mole Resort, a luxury countryside escape set in the heart of North Devon.

Our accommodation ranges from beautifully designed hotel rooms in the Manor House to eco-conscious lodges and spacious self-catering cottages, all created to offer a balance of comfort, style, and connection to the surrounding landscape.

In this role, you’ll make sure every space is perfectly presented whether it’s a lodge with a private hot tub overlooking the valley, or a cosy cottage ready for a family getaway. It’s all about attention to detail and creating that “wow” first impression for our guests.

What will I be doing?

· Carrying out detailed checks of all accommodation, including rooms, lodges, and cottages, ensuring everything meets our luxury brand standards before guest arrival.

· Supporting the day-to-day running of the housekeeping team, including allocating cleaning lists and priorities

· Helping maintain a smooth operation across a varied estate, from Manor House rooms to eco-lodges and large family cottages

· Monitoring and managing stock levels of housekeeping supplies and equipment

· Working closely with Reception, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure properties are ready and released for guest check-in on time

· Reporting maintenance issues and defects promptly to keep accommodation in top condition

· Making sure guest special requests or requirements are prepared and in place ahead of arrival

What We’re Looking For

· Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally with some supervisory responsibility

· A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards

· Organised and able to manage multiple priorities across a busy resort

· A team player who communicates well with different departments

· Reliable, positive, and happy to get involved wherever needed

What’s in it for me?

There’s plenty of perks when it comes to joining the Mole Resorts team which include;

·        Competitive rates of pay, reviewed annually.

·        Discounts available across a range of quality products from supermarket shopping to wellington boots!

·        Local cinema and days out discounts.

·        Complimentary use of pool and gym

·        Healthy discounts on food and beverage at the Resort

·        Restaurant and hotel discounts across the region.

·        Share of service charge

·        Staff fully equipped rest area with staff meals

·        Flexible working and shared holiday

·        Attentive onboarding programme

·        Fantastic discounts across L+R Hotels

We are committed to offer effective training and debvelopment with a proven track record of career progression.

We value each and every staff member so please come and join us, who knows where it will take you?
