Job Role Breakfast Chef
Salary £14.00 per hour
Hours 6.30am to 12.30pm 5 days a week
Deadline to apply - End of July
Here at The Mole Resort, we are lucky enough to work in a beautiful site that offers a combination of self catering lodges, hotel and estate rooms, exciting activities, and a variety of delicious food and drinks sourced locally.
We are looking for a Breakfast Chef who can take ownership of the kitchens in the morning and start our guests days off with a fantastic breakfast.
What will I be doing?
- Delivering hot and cold breakfast to order.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen throughout breakfast service.
- Receiving, checking and correctly storing deliveries.
- Maintaining food safety standards along with general health and safety in the kitchen.
- Preparing staff lunch daily.
What skills do I need?
- Good standards of food presentation.
- An organised, speedy approach.
- The ability to work alone and get the job done.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to maintain standards under pressure.
This is a crucial role to our business and requires a level head and motivated approach.
Experience of breakfast service would be an advantage but not essential for the right chef, training will be provided.
