Location - The Mole Resort EX37 9HD

Salary - £13-£17 per hour 

We are looking for passionate and talented chefs of all levels to join our kitchen team at our beautiful countryside resort.

Whether you're an aspiring Commis Chef starting your culinary journey or an experienced Sous Chef looking for your next challenge, we offer exciting opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes to company standards.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a busy kitchen brigade.
  • Support the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
  • Assist with stock control, food preparation, and kitchen organisation.
  • Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development where appropriate.
