We are looking for an enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team and help deliver engaging, high-quality experiences that make every visit special.

As an Activities Assistant, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering and supporting a variety of family-friendly indoor and outdoor activities. From leading sessions to welcoming guests and ensuring spaces are safe and inviting, you will play a key role in creating a fun and engaging environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a dynamic setting, and is passionate about delivering great service.

In this role, you will:

• Set up and deliver a wide range of engaging activity sessions for guests of all ages
• Lead group activities with energy, confidence, and a focus on guest enjoyment
• Welcome guests, manage activity bookings, and assist with enquiries
• Encourage participation and help guests make the most of their stay
• Maintain activity areas including craft rooms, games spaces, and hire equipment to a high standard
• Ensure all activities are delivered safely, adhering to health and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the resort to support the overall guest experience
• Monitor stock levels and support with ordering where required

We are seeking a positive and energetic individual who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. You will ideally demonstrate:

• A friendly, outgoing personality and confidence engaging with guests of all ages
• A passion for delivering fun, activity-led experiences
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A flexible and proactive approach to work
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Previous experience in leisure, hospitality, or activity leadership is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
