Massage / Beauty Therapist (Part-time)

Location: @The Mole Resort 

Salary: £13 per hour

Hours per week: Casual 

Here at The Mole Resort we are a resort set in 125 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.

As a Massage/Beauty Therapist you are required to provide a professional, friendly service to our guests demonstrating a good understanding of the products and services available.

What will I be doing?

As a Beauty Therapist at The Mole you will provide a friendly, professional treatment service to our guests .  You will also be responsible for keeping the area in a clean and tidy condition for client’s comfort, as well as work to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·        Providing an exceptional service to our guests through the treatments you deliver.

·        Supporting the team with associated duties

·        Keeping the treatment areas clean and hygienic.

·        Ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standard.

·        Reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the correct department

·        Following operating procedures for opening and closing the treatment areas.

·        Communicating to guests in a professional friendly manner

·        Complying with current health and safety legislation

·        Carefully managing the diary

·        Work pro-actively towards sales.

·        Carry out administrative tasks

To successfully fill this role as a Massage / Beauty Therapist The Mole, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

● Positive attitude and willingness to learn

● Good communication skills

● Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service

● A neat and tidy appearance and adherence to uniform requirements.

● Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

● Ability to work on your own or in a team

We require a Level 3 relevant qualification for this role in either beauty therapy or massage therapy. Knowledge of manicure/pedicure and facials would be beneficial as would previous Elemis training.

 You will be key in delivering our brand of fabulous stays and active days.
