The Mole Resort is a premium countryside resort in North Devon, blending hotel stays, self-catering lodges, spa and leisure, meetings and weddings with a strong, destination-led food and drink offer.
Our Food & Beverage Manager will lead the entire F&B operation across the resort. This includes our restaurant and bars, meetings and events, weddings and banqueting, and resort food delivery. You will be accountable for commercial performance, operational standards, guest experience and team development, ensuring the offer feels seamless across every touchpoint.
This is a senior operational leadership role for someone who understands how a full resort works — not just a standalone restaurant.
The role
You will take full responsibility for the profitable and compliant delivery of all food and beverage operations across the resort.
That means:
You will be visible on the floor, calm under pressure and commercially aware. You will understand how to balance service, experience and margin without compromising standards.

You will already be operating at Food & Beverage Manager level within a quality-led hotel or resort environment.
