JOB PURPOSE: Servers play an integral role in the experience of our guests by anticipating needs, providing expert recommendations, and consistently delivering superior hospitality that exceeds expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides the highest level of hospitality to exceed guest and employee expectations.
• Take appropriate steps to correct any problems and ensure guest satisfaction
• Knowledgeable of all restaurants offerings and provides menu and pairing suggestions.
• Take orders and deliver food, cocktail, and wine service to the table, efficiently and properly.
• Knowledgeable of POS systems including entering orders, splitting checks, and processing payments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and Education
