The job in a nutshell
Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard across your section
Cook an excellent breakfast for our lovely hotel guests and customers.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day operations
Contribute to menu development with seasonal and creative ideas
Previous experience as a Breakfast chef or strong experience as a Commis ready.
A genuine love of cooking and attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
A calm head under pressure and a drive to continuously improve
Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 minimum preferred)
