Are you a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager ready to take the lead in delivering exceptional dining and hospitality experiences? Join our fantastic team at The Old Bridge, a bustling 18th-century ivy-clad inn located on the scenic banks of the River Great Ouse in Huntingdon.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of our restaurant, lounge and bar operation. You will floor focused and involved with the service on every shift. You’ll lead and inspire the front-of-house team, ensure consistently high standards of service, and work closely with the kitchen and events teams to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

A go-to destination for locals and visitors alike, The Old Bridge is home to 24 beautiful bedrooms, a thriving restaurant and bar, popular event spaces, and the renowned Old Bridge Bottle Shop. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the food and beverage operations across restaurant, lounge and bar
  • Deliver consistently high service standards to exceed guest expectations
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of the FOH team
  • Drive revenue through effective stock and cost control
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service
  • Uphold health & safety and licensing compliance
  • Be an ambassador for The Old Bridge and Chestnut values
