Chef de Partie
Description
The kitchen team currently seek a Chef de Partie to join its passionate brigade. As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for assisting running a section of the kitchen and supporting the team to deliver food which is of the highest quality and in line with our company standards.
Key responsibilities of the Chef de Partie will include:
• Setting up and running the larder section
• Being in charge of a section in the absence of a Sous Chef or Head Chef
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• Making sure ordering is done correctly and on time
• Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie position should:
• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Be organised and keep the section clean and tidy while working
• Have a friendly, flexible and professional attitude
• Have a good level of English
