Are you ready to lead one of London's most iconic pubs?
The Old Queens Head is looking for an energetic and dedicated Bar Manager to drive our vibrant team and elevate our renowned pub experience.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage and inspire a team of talented bartenders and bar staff
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, compliance, and customer care
• Foster a lively, friendly environment that reflects the spirit of The Old Queens Head
• Liaise with suppliers and manage budgets to maximize profitability
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within a busy hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both staff and guests
• A passion for great drinks and exceptional guest experiences
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic team
• A proactive approach to solving challenges and driving continuous improvement
