You'll work closely with the General Manager to keep the venue running smoothly and support the development of a motivated, empowered team.

What You’ll Be Up To:

• Supporting Operations: Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily service across our pub, restaurant, and live events—keeping every shift tight and efficient.
• Team Leadership & Training: Inspire and guide the team, lead by example, and champion learning and development at every opportunity.
• Operational Excellence: Manage rotas, cash-ups, stock control, and event logistics with an eye for detail and a cool head under pressure.
• Guest Experience: Make every guest feel like a regular—whether they’re here for burgers, a roast, or a late-night party.
• Heartfelt Hospitality: Represent the values of The Old Queens Head in everything you do—from service to socials.

• Experience in hospitality management and a proven track record of leading successful teams
