What You’ll Do
As the Director of Marketing at The ONE Group, you’ll be the
driving force behind the branding, marketing, public relations, and promotional
strategies for STK Steakhouse and Kona Grill. You will work closely with the
Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to create and execute compelling
campaigns that elevate our brands, drive revenue, and enhance guest engagement
both nationally and locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve
as the overall brand manager for STK Steakhouse and Kona Grill
- Partner
with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive
marketing and PR campaigns
- Manage
internal and external marketing projects, including campaigns for new
restaurant openings
- Create
annual marketing and PR plans with monthly metrics focused on key
categories like holidays, gift cards, delivery, happy hour, loyalty,
private events, and more
- Support
local store marketing initiatives, connecting venues with hotels, shopping
centers, local businesses, and residential communities
- Collaborate
with the Director of Social Media and Creative Team to oversee digital
content and brand voice
- Seek
out and develop national partnerships, brand alignment opportunities, and
ambassador programs
- Lead menu
development panels, brand sentiment analysis, and product testing efforts
- Research
and integrate new tools, culinary and marketing trends, and innovation
into marketing strategy
- Drive
marketing support for off-premises channels like takeout, delivery,
catering, and private events
- Manage
and enhance menu content, PMIX analysis, and act as the liaison between
marketing, culinary, and operations
- Oversee
and monitor all aspects of the brand’s online presence, including web
pages, listing audits, functionality, and user experience
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s
degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum
of 5 years of hospitality marketing experience, preferably with multi-unit
brands
- Proven
ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns and build cohesive brand
strategies
- Strong
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly
organized, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Ability
to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Facebook Business
Manager, and all major social/digital platforms
